CNC Routing:
Precision 3 axis CNC Routing
allows PMR Insulation to manufacture shapes varying from simple cylinders to complex
3D forms. Our specialist knowledge enables us to produce shapes from a
range of insulation materials that were previously unattainable.
Coating:
Coatings can be applied to increase edge stability, improve handling
and reduced surface dusting of products.
Simple Shaping: To complement our machining facility,
PMR Insulation also carries out conventional shaping and manipulation of
High Temperature Insulation.
Design: We use the latest 3D CAD software
SolidWorks and CamWorks.
Customers can make use of our design service or provide us with sketches /
drawings on paper or supply your own CAD files, 2D or 3D, in any common
