| Precision 3 axis CNC routing allows
PMR Insulation to
manufacture shapes varying from simple cylinders to complex 3D forms. We
accept work from the smallest individual job to large batch runs. Our
specialist knowledge enables us to produce shapes from microporous
insulation, calcium silicate and fibre boards that were
previously unattainable. Our CNC routing facility can machine full 2400mm x 1200mm (8ft x 4ft) sheets. Materials can be combined in 100mm (4inch) layers to produce any required thickness. Multi-tool changing allows efficient machining of complex forms. |
